Ironically, the most irrefutable link between 9-11 and Iraq was established by a federal judge who was appointed by President Clinton. In 2003, U.S. District Judge Harold Baer ruled that Iraq "provided material support" to Osama bin Laden and al-Quaeda. The ruling came in a lawsuit filed by the families of two men who died in the World Trade Center terrorist attack.
So score another one for Sarah. Furthermore, so what if Bush has backed away from earlier assertions that Iraq was linked to 9-11? This just disproves the Left's claim that Palin is merely a puppet of the Bush administration. She has a brain of her own, and we need it in Washington.
